Power comes from a 1.8-liter inline four-cylinder engine producing 126 horsepower and 122 lb.-ft. of torque, the DOHC engine uses variable valve timing, optimizing fuel economy and performance. A five-speed manual transmission is standard with an optional four-speed automatic available.
The twin-port grille and distinctive appearance displays its form and function. A multi-purpose integrated roof rack adds to the Vibe's profile and functionality. Short body overhangs, standard 16-inch wheels or available 17-inch wheels, optimize vehicle stability. StabiliTrak, is also available and works in conjunction with the vehicle's traction control system.
The Vibe comfortably seats five people (all positions have three-point safety belts), providing over 19 cu.-ft. of cargo room with the second-row seats up.
